Special Hope tool designed to remove/install the bore cap insert on the outside of the caliper which holds the piston. Different sizes available for the caps on mono mini's, mono m4's, and mono 6 ti's (if removing or installing small and large bore caps on the mono m4 or mono m6 ti caliper, you will require two different tool sizes).
